I want to give my heartfelt thanks to Browseabout Books on Rehoboth Avenue in Rehoboth Beach, DE, for offering me the opportunity to host a book signing at their store this past Saturday.  I had a great time and was blessed to have had some wonderful conversations with people I met during the signing.  Because we live in Rehoboth, my husband, Andy, brought Shane into town, and the two of them sat outside of Browseabout Books and met a lot of very nice people.  Shane was thrilled!  It was nice for people to be able to meet the dog of Perfect Pace in an up-close and personal way.  It was a great day, all-around!

Speaking of Browseabout Books, I had the opportunity to meet Hoda Kotb of the Today show when she was at the bookstore this summer for the signing of her latest book Ten Years Later.  (You can view a video clip of her interview on the Today show about her new book at the following link: http://www.today.com/video/today/50468168#50468168.)  Because Hoda has a personal connection to Rehoboth Beach and loves dogs, I gave her a copy of Perfect Pace, as well as another copy for Kathie Lee Gifford who also has strong ties to Rehoboth Beach and loves dogs.  Hoda was so friendly and enthusiastic during her signing, and it was very generous of her to offer to have a picture taken with me as she held up her copy of Perfect Pace.  That was a lot of fun!
